A Better Life With Positive Thoughts

Positivity in our ways of living -

In the midst of difficult circumstances when there is hopelessness all around, a single ray of hope can do wonders. It is only experienced by those who believe in its powers. Affirmative thoughts has a tremendous lot of energy associated with it that can sweep away all its negative counterparts. Still, it feels difficult to a bigger populace to attain positive ways of living. Several factors are responsible for this air of negatives or at most, least positives. Under the effects of these powerful & driving factors, people are rendered helpless & therefore, choose to live as a victim. However, it is equally easier to lead a life filled with enthusiasm if fundamentals are taken into account.

Considering the hardships that one faces in his life, circumstances & time seems to be the driving parameters. They thus, form the reason of his sufferings whenever he discuss or share his life with someone. But, if you search deeper seeking fundamentals with a tilt of perspective, the reasons change. It will be found that you have suffered because you were conquered by the consequences posed to you. And you hadn't done your part in making things better. Things would have turned in a way you want them to be if you had stuck to some values & beliefs of affirmative principles. And, you are living in some condition in the present because you didn't possess positive attributes in your temperament at the time of sufferings. Thus, positivity can have the ability to cause wonders to happen if you believe that it will. If you give your energy of thoughts to adhere to such beliefs aligned to your particular life. Miracles will happen & you will experience them in your life if you have the roots of your belief system nourished with supportive values. No hardships would then disturb you, but look as if they are the doors of transformation of your life that only demands a little extra effort from your side to check if you deserve the rewards that are there for you.

Similarly, your achievements can be nourished with optimistic beliefs. If you desire for something to exist in your life for which you can use your strength & abilities to the fullest, think about it positively. Don't get carried away with obstacles. Repeat inspiring statements to provoke yourself & don't get suppressed by the opposition you receive.

So, be positive & lead your life as a conqueror & not as a victim.

7 Steps Towards a Positive State of Mind

Most of us have heard the saying: The optimist sees the glass half full, while the pessimist sees it half-empty. In its simplest terms, positive thinking is optimism and negative thinking is pessimism. It is an attitude towards life, yourself and particular predicaments and events in life.

Positive thinkers quickly zone in on the positive side of even the darkest moments in their lives, and often see those predicaments as opportunities for growth and learning. Positive thinkers are resilient and able to deal with stressful situations in productive ways.

"Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine."- Anthony J. D'Angelo

Becoming a positive thinker is not necessarily something that will happen overnight. Depending on the severity of the negativity, it can take time to make appropriate changes.

The practice of positive thinking, and making it a character trait rather than a one-time thing, takes effort, patience, and time. If optimism is not natural to you, there are ways to turn it around.

Work towards combating the negativity you identified and maintaining an optimistic nature and use these steps as tools in the process.

7 Steps To A Positive Attitude

1. Say something positive whenever you think something negative. The tricky part about this is catching each negative thought as is happens. As much as possible, stop the negative thought as it happens and say something constructive to yourself, such as "today is going to be great."

Positive affirmations can be recited daily to reprogram the mind of negative thinking. There is a positive opposite for virtually everything negative...

"The weather is too hot." versus "The sun feels good on my skin."

"People at work are annoying." versus "It's great to a have a team to help with the workload."

"I look fat in that dress." versus "I look awesome in that dress."

"I screwed up again." versus "I made a mistake that I will learn from."

"I should be graduating at the top of my class." versus "I am so proud that I am graduating."

"All this snow is a hassle; it makes life harder and creates more work." versus "The snow left my backyard looking like a scene from a postcard."

"My husband cooked dinner for me, but it was only pasta." versus "I so appreciate my husband cooking dinner for me."

"I worked hard all day but did not get nearly enough done." versus "Wow, what a productive day I had at work."

2. Laugh often. Negative thinkers tend to be very uptight, and it's no wonder considering the heavy burden they often carry and the lack of positivity in their life. Allow yourself to laugh and often. Seek out scenarios where you laugh, like hanging out with funny people or visiting comedy clubs. Learn to see the humor in life, even during painful times. Laughter reduces stress, stops you from taking everything too seriously, and yields a more optimistic outlook.

3. Surround yourself with positive people. Negativity breeds more negativity. A positive attitude is contagious, and the best way to adopt such a thought process is to learn first-hand from a master. Having positive people in your life will allow you to view first-hand what it looks like, and positive people will give you uplifting advice, feed a positive outlook and problem solving suggestions, as opposed to negative people who will only want to sink in the muck with you and feed your negativity.

4. View every experience as a learning opportunity. Consider this scenario. A positive thinker finds out that their significant other has cheated. They break off the relationship, evaluate what went wrong, and attempt to learn from the situation, viewing it as a growing experience and a stepping-stone to a brighter future with someone else. Their process is a positive one that will include pain, and anger, but the way the positive thinker deals with it is constructive. The optimist knows that not everyone is a liar or a cheater, and that they can and will meet someone honest.

A negative thinker founds out that their significant other has been unfaithful and thinks thoughts like, "all men/women are liars and cheats;" I hate them all." They will dwell in the misery, and pain, and not view the experience as a learning process. They may become consumed by anger and hatred and generalize the entire opposite sex as evil, and eventually they may fall into a state of depression and experience anxiety and other ill health effects. Their next relationship may inevitably suffer, as their general distrust of the opposite sex will surely affect intimacy.

The positive thinker's resiliency and attitude allows them to grow through the painful experience, come out better for it on the other side, and avoid possible health manifestations that can result from negativity and its stress.

The negative thinker's own attitude will result in them missing an opportunity to grow, and the stress that attitude puts on their emotional and mental health will only harm them in the long run.

5. Adopt practices such as yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, tai chi and deep relaxation. These practices help you to focus your mind, build self-awareness, and obtain a deep peace. They also help you to maintain awareness about your thoughts and feelings, which helps you to control them so that you can build more positive energy in your mind and body.

6. Use positive affirmations. Our own inner dialogue determines our emotions, this means that we must be deliberate and conscious about what we say to ourselves. Speak positive affirmations to yourself every day, as they can help re-program your mind towards the positive mode and control your inner dialog.

Our mind is a garden and our attitudes are the seeds of its life, so plant healthy and weed regularly! Always repeat positive affirmations phrased in the present and personal tense, for example:

"I like myself!"

"I love today!"

"I love my life!"

"I see the positive in everything!"

"I can deal with anything!"

"I am strong!"

"I am optimistic!"

"I enjoy being around positive people!"

"I am aware of my thoughts"

And my favourite of all - "You are stronger than you seem, braver than you believe and far more capable than you think you are."

7. Practice Gratitude. There are multiple methods to transform your negative feelings. One of the fastest and highly effective ways is to harvest feelings of thankfulness and appreciation directed towards:

• Yourself

• Other people in your life

• Material things

• Your life circumstances

• And even strangers

Practice starting your day by focusing on being grateful, and bring to mind several specific things. This will help you move your mind towards positive thinking and positive energy vibrations.

There is nothing stopping you from achieving a more positive state of mind other than yourself. Start by acknowledging your negative thoughts, determining their source, and then transforming them into positivity.

This Email Contains A ‘Free Gift’

Hi  there,
My friend Andrew Reynolds, A UK Entrepreneur and self made Millionaire, who has appeared on Sky and BBC, has an amazing FREE gift for YOU today.

This FREE gift can completely change your life. You’ll understand why in just a second.

Before I tell you what this gift is...allow me to share with you a quick story about Andrew.
Just a few years ago, Andrew Reynolds was just a regular guy struggling to get by. He barely had enough money left to pay the bills at the month’s end. He’d even avoid his bills and pay them at the last second...terrified to open the envelope and see the amount overdue.

He lived like so many of us do today...A wage slave with severely limited time, freedom, money and prospects. Life was a ‘ground hog day’ of endless traffic jams, stress and depression.

Maybe you can relate to at least some of this?

Many of us live life this way because we just never find a better option...a way out of the struggle.

Fortunately...Andrew did...

Today things look very different for Andrew...

He now:
  • Has a thriving home business that practically runs on autopilot from his laptop.
  • He pulls in well over 2 million a year
  • Works only 1 to 2 hours a day
  • Drives a Bentley Continental , which he paid £153,000 for
  • Lives debt free in his one million pound Beach-side house.
Andrew has also won the Surrey Business Person of the Year Award and the Small Business of the Year Award.

Not bad eh?

Now pay close attention:

Here’s exactly why YOU or anyone can replicate Andrew’s results no matter what your background, skill, or education level.

Everything Andrew discovered about how to break free from the rat race and live life on your own terms is his Sunday Times bestselling book...COPY THIS IDEA
This book is like Andrew’s way of giving back and helping others who are struggling like he once did.

The ideas in this book are literally worth millions if you Take Action on them. They took over 5 years to perfect and fine tune, so literally anyone can follow them. They are your key to leaving your 9-5 behind for good and living life on your own terms. And remember YOU Can do this!

Here’s why...

Andrew, by his own admission, is nothing special. Unless you count his 3 GSE’s and the fact that he grew up in a caravan. He has NO special education or skills.

You can claim your free copy of COPY THIS IDEA right now by >>>Clicking Here<<<

You will also get some incredible free bonuses along with your FREE book.

Is This Really Your Life Purpose?

Image result for is this really your purpose
Do you know what your life purpose is? It seems most of us do not and that worries some of us. Yet there are some people who feel that they have found their life purpose.

Do you know, though, 80 percent of the people who have shared with me their life purpose, have all said the same thing. They have each identified the same 'purpose' for their life. Why is this?

It makes you wonder whether we could all share the same life purpose. Is life purpose the same for all of us or almost all of us? Or could it be that these people are simply mistaken and have not yet really realized their true purpose?

Do you know that, of all the people who have told me their life purpose, not one person said their life purpose was:

o To make money;

o To work hard for their company;

o To spend time in the office;

o To be more organized;

o To watch television;

o To buy the latest car, computer, fashions, gadgets or whatever.

Yet, these are often the things you may find yourself spending your time on.

True. This may simply be a reflection of the type of people I spend my time with. Perhaps these people are not motivated by money, hard work, television, gadgets, etc.. Yet these people seemed to come from different backgrounds or 'walks of life' and still seemed to identify the same purpose for their life.

So we are still faced with the same dilemma. Could we all have the same life purpose or had these people not identified their life purpose accurately?

Up to this point, I have not revealed what it was that these people each said was their life purpose. Before I do, perhaps we should consider the need for accuracy. Is it really necessary to be accurate in defining your life purpose? Just how precise do you need to be? Obviously you need to have a purpose that is relevant to your life rather than one that is relevant to someone else's life. Yet, apart from making sure it is relevant to you, how precise do you have to be?

I'm sure that some of you will say that if your life purpose is 'flexible' then it will allow you to fit your purpose into different stages of your life and into different circumstances. After all, our lives and our circumstances do not always remain the same, so to be able to adapt our life purpose to fit changing circumstances would be advantageous.

If, however, our life purpose is so flexible, is it really our 'purpose'? Should our true purpose not be more constant throughout our life and should we not bring changes into our life that fit our 'purpose'? Or would doing this make our lives to 'rigid'?

So what is it that most people have said to be their life purpose? At this point, I can reveal that most people have revealed to me that their life purpose is; ...

... 'To help other people.'

I reveal this at the end of this article as I guess many of you may feel that this is your life purpose too. If so, then I repeat to you the question in the title, is this really your life purpose? Or do you need to define it further?

Do You Know What Your Purpose Is?

Have you ever wondered what your life is all about? Why you are here? What you are supposed to be doing with your life? Who you really are? The answer to these questions lives in your purpose. And we all have one - a purpose in life, and a unique one. To the degree that we know what our purpose is and direct our energy toward living and expressing it in what we think, say and do and in who we are, to that degree we will be fulfilled and live fully with deep meaning and joy.

Imagine waking up in the morning eager for the day, ready to take it on, saying, "Yes," as you get out of bed, "this is my life and I love it. I love this day." If you're not already waking up this way, it is possible. It's possible if you get clear about your purpose and live it.

If you don't yet know what your unique purpose is, you can begin with a universal purpose such as the one I mentioned in the last newsletter - to add value to life and to experience and spread more love, joy and aliveness. Simply focusing on any one aspect of it such as experiencing and expressing more joy in your life will begin to turn your life around and transform how you get out of bed in the morning. And you'll be able to look back at the end of the day and say to yourself, "This was a good day!"

Our unique purpose incorporates using our natural talents and gifts to fulfill a universal purpose in a way that speaks to each of us personally, that is compelling and alive for us. It will be unique because we each are.

First, be assured that you have a purpose - you're here for a reason. The nature of the universe is that every living thing is created for a purpose that serves the greater good, that contributes to life in it's continuing growth and expansion. Your purpose has to do with "being" and "doing" for yourself and others. With this in mind, the most important, and practical, part of all of this is to have one, today.

Discovering your life purpose can be really simple. The simplest way for now is to decide what your purpose is. Right now. choose a really good one, one that deeply moves you, that makes you light up and that is compelling. It might be something like to love and be loved, to develop my natural gifts and talents to the max, to make a difference to everyone I come in contact with, no matter how small, to only speak the truth, to do what I love and support others to do what they love... It can be as simple as "joy."

Stop reading now for just a few moments, keeping in mind the essence of what "purpose" is. Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths. Ask yourself, "What is my purpose?" And smile as you allow an answer to your question to arise, or as you decide on a purpose. Open your eyes, congratulate yourself and repeat your purpose silently or out loud. Then write it down. Congratulations!

I suggest you write down the purpose you chose, or your purpose as you know it today, and look at it every morning. Write it down as a positive statement beginning with "My purpose is..." and filling in yours. Remind yourself of it during the day by repeating it silently or out loud. You could, of course, sing it, or dance it, or write it on your bathroom mirror. It's most important that you keep it alive - it will exponentially return the favor.

There are other ways to explore your own unique purpose. The start you've just made - you have made one haven't you - will begin to create a synergy that will help you to grow and evolve your purpose over time. For now, you have a way to live on purpose each day. So "Live on Purpose!"
